Human Resources
The HR Department plays a very vital function in sourcing manpower, particularly from overseas markets to meet the manpower requirement programs of the various divisions of the company. The department prides itself of complying with three extremely important tasks: Identifying the manpower need (trade and number), recruiting the same and ensuring that their capabilities are developed. Through planned recruitment campaigns, the department identifies and sources suitable candidates for employment on a long term basis from various countries such as the India, Philippines, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and other countries.
